Membership Agreement

Warrior at Law © is a project of a private members association providing education, resources, and tools to its members.

Privacy Assurance:
Your privacy is a priority for Warrior at Law ©.
Your personal details are solely for internal use to maintain the integrity of our community.

Membership Pathway:
Membership starts with your subscription payment and agreeing to this Member Agreement, with a yearly renewal and is established for a minimum duration of twelve months.
We have two tiers of Membership.
General – free lifetime membership.
Premium – $100.00 yearly subscription.

A General Membership provides access to schedule paid consultations (at the member rate), access to view the complimentary education library, to view the member shop, to receive regular emails, get invited to events and access to upgrade to Premium Membership.

A Premium Membership provides full access to the member shop and offerings, complimentary education library, and access to purchase all shop products and courses; as well as schedule one on one consultations (at the member rate).

If you wish to resign your membership at the end of this twelve-month period, please notify us in writing.

Upon resignation, access to all resources, gatherings, and community benefits will be suspended until such time as you may choose to re-join.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure:
As a member of Warrior at Law © you must sight and agree to our self-executing Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if you participate in consultations, education and/or receive documentation. We will email any member requiring this on a case-bycase basis.

Please note:
You will be privy to confidential information that must remain within the confines of our community.
You agree to uphold strict confidentiality, not disclosing any information without written consent from Warrior at Law ©.
You are responsible for safeguarding all confidential information to prevent unauthorised use and or sharing.
This undertaking of confidentiality and non-disclosure is binding and integrated into your membership obligations.
The terms herein align with natural common law and the foundational principles of Warrior at Law ©.
Reading this agreement is a testament to your commitment to our ethos.

Waiver of Responsibility:
Warrior at Law ©, its team, consultants and facilitators, and members are not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken by its members. The community acts as a platform for shared growth and learning, without imposing directives on personal choices. Warrior at Law © does not give legal advice. All actions taken upon by its , members is at the member’s discretion and individual responsibility. Warrior at Law © is an education platform and resource only. The opinions and advice given by Warrior at Law © are based on information, personal experience and knowledge accumulated over many years and ARE NOT to be taken as legal or financial advice. Warrior at Law © is not a lawyer, nor do we purport to be a lawyer or claim to provide legal or financial advice. We only provide information/consultancy based on our personal experience as a consultation service.

Mutual Commitment to Do No Harm, Cause No Loss:
Warrior at Law © is committed to the principle of ‘Do No Harm, Cause No Loss, and expects the same from its members. This mutual understanding ensures that our interactions and transactions are conducted in a manner that is fair, ethical, and respectful, whilst maintaining honour and integrity at all times. We aim to operate in a way that prevents harm or loss to our members, team, stakeholders, or the wider community.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
No Refund Policy for Workshops / Document Creation Products: Please be advised that Warrior at Law © operates on a strict no refund policy for Workshops / Document Creation Products. This policy is in place due to our extensive waitlist and consistently full calendar. Once a service is booked or a product is purchased, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Consultations:
There is a cancellation fee of 50% if you cancel within 24 hours prior to an appointment or consultation. If you miss your appointment without any prior notification, there are no refunds. For cancellations, refunds only apply with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booking.

Payment Terms:
To give you the best service possible and respect our time and yours; payment is required to be made within 24 hours of your booking and confirmed by emailing the payment receipt. Once you email your payment receipt this confirms your consultation and the details regarding your Zoom appointment will be sent to you. This prompt payment is essential to confirm your booking or to initiate the commencement of any product or document provision.

Acknowledgment & Agreement:
By finalising this membership, through online registration, it signifies the following:
Affirmation of full comprehension and acceptance of the terms, including the waiver of responsibility.
Acknowledge the commitment to our shared confidentiality.
Agree to the terms of membership and the procedures outlined herein.
Recognise that membership signifies a conscious choice to live in harmony with Warrior at Law © values.

Conclusion:
Membership represents a conscious choice to participate in a supportive, respectful, and confidential community. By finalising this membership, through online registration, this is a commitment to our collective journey of intentional living. Please note that adherence to these policies ensures a smoother operation and allows us to better serve all our members. Thank you for your comprehension and cooperation.
By completing online registration, it is acknowledged that this agreement has been read in its entirety and there is acceptance to all the terms, conditions, points, clauses and or statements contained herein this member agreement.

Each registered member agrees to the following:

To not engage in, participate in, conspire to, or undertake any action or inaction, with the intent or intention to cause any harm, loss, damage or injury to others or property; and

To at all times live, operate and conduct oneself in and with honour and integrity; and

For the purposes of this agreement, it is here now agreed upon by all parties involved, completing online registration is deemed as the same as a wet ink signature or autograph and that a digital acknowledgment carries the same responsibilities and liabilities as a wet ink signature or autograph.
